"As a Chattooga county resident and business owner I advise you not to spend your hard earn money on this place they may have one time been a reputable place of business I know to find them very deceiving that can sure take you money after informing you of the correct insurance you need they will make you keep paying for it up until the time you have to file a claim then they will stand behind you and support you like crazy until they find out they sold you the wrong policy after informing you this is what you this is the correct one you have when it's time to pay out they will not do nothing but say you got the wrong policy no I didn't I got what you informed to by my policy even says that we asked for the right thing but so to end this story do not spend your hard earned money to this insurance company because insurance is crooked enough with out having lying deceiving people such as Missy Vogel involved in it thank you and have a great day."
"I am sorry you feel this way! The property was vacant and the state of Georgia said it was vacant over 60 days and we were never informed of that at my office.. I was told by the state of Georgia the policy was sent with everything specified. I am sorry you feel this way because if it were a Statefarm policy we would of recommended a vacancy endorsement. This policy was never written under Statefarm insurance it didn't and doesn't qualify. The house did have coverage for fire ,lightening, hail, explosion, ,riot, and the state of Georgia does not cover when vandalized when vacant 60 days. We were told that today and was sent originally to the policyowner. I was going to try to find another way to help but you hung up on me! I want this claim paid as bad as you do! So have owner of this property Mr. Sholtz call me!!! Writing bad reviews, and screaming not going to change the property was vacant the other avenues could never be talked about so if the real property owner wants to call we could have the proper conversation. I never want a claim denied and always try to help customers. Sorry you feel this review states the whole story! "
